Captain Bob Schneider served as an Army helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War. After his service, he owned the Lansdowne BP service station in the Lansdowne Shopping Center. Affectionately referred to as the Mayor of South Lexington, he served the area for 30 years.
Now retired, he loves to mow the grass and has never met a stranger!
